[U]Rationale & Analysis[/U]

The nominee's many contributions to the literature within the multiverse of NationStates and its plethora of great literary works ranging from fantasy tales to stories rooted in reality, along with the fac that many great authors call Esternia their home, has clearly shown us that this commendation is well deserved, as such we have decided to vote for the proposal.

As such, Ministry leadership has directed [nation]Kethania[/nation] to vote [b]FOR[/b] Commend Esternial and we encourage all WA member nations within the Bloc to do the same.
