Founded in late 2022, Talonia is an inclusive and welcoming region that feels more like a group of friends than a formal organization. We're the kind of community where newcomers become regulars within days, where people actually care about making their nations believable, and where 'just five more minutes' somehow turns into three hours of great conversation.

Talonia is home to the faraway world of Avium, a worldbuilding-centered roleplay set in the 20th century, but we're more than just our RP. You'll find regular cultural events, an active but light-hearted government you can actually get involved in, and a Discord community where the conversations range from serious geopolitical analysis to completely unhinged debates about the most trivial topics. To keep it simple, you won't get lost in the crowd. In those massive regions with thousands of nations, your first roleplay post gets buried under fifty others before anyone notices, your questions disappear into the never-ending stream of messages, and you can go weeks without anyone remembering your name.  Roleplay in the world of Avium!
Avium is Talonia's 20th-century roleplay, built around long-term worldbuilding and character-driven narratives. Players build nations from the ground up, develop characters across years of shared history, and document their lore on the Talopedia, a collaborative Google Docs wiki. The world also features a fully fleshed-out football scene complete with a custom match engine.

 Participate in events!
The Department of Recreation runs game nights, tournaments, and lore competitions throughout the year. Even if you're not competing, events are a good way to meet the community.
