On January 24, 2023, at 20:45, the document for the creation of the league was finally signed and stamped with the official seal of approval. The Sublime League for the integrity of righteous nations, also called SLIRN, will start discussing and doing operations soon, but it has not been determined the day of when this will happen. The alliance aims to ensure the security of these countries and establish an economic improvement in each of them. The meeting for the creation of the alliance, originally scheduled for more than 140 days ago can only be started that day, due to problems in the travel of the diplomats of Elivastove and Dormiens, since the only possible air passage for diplomats was through the Region of the Amerielo Sea, which was being reportedly being attacked because of the Upreauli-Vovonese war, both on ground and in the sky, and the seas were blocked with the warships of Upreau and their traps of aquatic defense. The nations that entered and created of the nation are Gran-italy, Regno d nova italia, Dormiens, Elivastove and Esteneng. Gran-Italy is a nation that already has a good relationship with Esteneng and Dormiens and which probably had not encountered many problems in the alliance. Gran-Italy has a good economy and has no active military conflict currently. Regno D Nova Italia is an autonomous colony of Gran-Italy that should be one of the countries that will first see the effects of the alliance. Regno D Nova Italia is having economic problems recently and internal conflicts are happening in the newly attached territories. Dormiens goes through a great situation and will not need any help, because the nation is not participating in any conflict and the economic situation is going well. Elivastove also goes through a good economic situation, but the territorial situation is confusing and may have armed conflicts soon if nothing is done in relation to their disputed territories, having trouble defining their border with other nations.

It is still too early as the alliance will behave and act in the future, and what its actions will be in times of threat, but it has been promised that the defense of each nation participating in the alliance should be guaranteed.
