Recruitment and the reorganization of the Ministries of

"On Thursday, July 26, 2023, Head Justice
Mushroom Gorge, acting upon information from
'mysterious sources,' found the Prime Minister
guilty of violating citizen procedure. It was a
fairly straightforward procedure, except for the
punishment: Prime Minister Baloo was to be
suspended from office, effective immediately,
until September 26, 2023. The following reaction
was a mixture of outrage, shock, and fury.
Lieutenant Prime Minister Komahina became
Acting Prime Minister. However, in protest of the
decision, both he and the Minister of Roleplay
North Goguryeo resigned, threatening to exit
Callista if Baloo was not immediately restored
to his position. It was only through the intervention
of the Tsar himself, who reversed the decision, did
the two ended their calls for secession. Calls for
secession from Callista are not normal, and point to
a recent trend of disunity. The cause: party politics.
Callista should not be subjected to constant partisan
bickering. Instead, Rhenzern promises Reform and
People’s Rule for Callista, and if elected, to bring it
soon. Callista is tired of the status quo, let’s shake it
up a little bit! The case, once minor, ended up being
one of the greatest political crises in Callista's history
and completely shifted the political landscape. Gone
were the days of the CTP, instead the Populist Party,
PRO Callista, and the NRC. Change swept through the
region quickly, and so rose Rhenzern. And you can
help him rise further, to the office of Minister of Roleplay!"

Rome for Head Justice
"I've been watching this election season closer than
perhaps anyone. I started out as an early endorser
of the Populists when the Constitutional Tsarist Party,
my party, the first party of Callista, finally ended.
I hoped that I could not get involved, to serve
Callista, this great region, outside of party politics,
politics that have nearly hurt Callista time and time
again. Politics dominated by the Baloominati.
Anyone paying attention sees this election season for
what it is: a disgraceful sham. Callista's reaching its final
conclusion as an authoritarian power - a veiled dictatorship
with no opposition, just the one-party state of the
Balooominati monopoly. I've had enough. The
coronation of Komahina as the Baloominati Candidate,
and then its collaboration with Pro Callista, has convinced
me that staying away from the elections is impossible. At
this point, I will once again run for Head Justice in Callista,
but no longer as a Tsarist, but as a champion of the People,
and this Coalition. I am an experienced candidate, serving
as Callista's Head Justice for a number of terms, if not the
most. I have championed amendments in times of crisis
and peace, from Judicial Review to the July 26th
Amendment. If the Callistan people and the coalition want
to achieve its dream of creating a non-partisan Judicial and
Roleplay Election, breaking the power of the Baloominati
monopoly, and creating a diverse government, take your
