Official Manifesto of The Queendom of Infusvia

It is the Trinity's utmost responsibility to uphold the laws stated of the National Manifesto and swear lifelong allegiance to the Infusvian people. All declarations made in this manifesto can not be adjusted or added to unless all branches of government agree to add or take away from it. Every citizen of the country will always have the right to life, liberty and justice perpetually.

Article I
There are three branches of government and three dominant families of Infusvia each branch and family will participate in an election to determine the Queen.
- The Executive Progeny ~ The Azralis Family
Carries out and enforces laws
- The Congressional Scion ~ The Lestazo Family
Votes on laws presented by members of the Scion or public
- The Judicial Hand ~ The Sedeza Family
Interprets the law and determines if the law in question is just
- Queen
Voice of Infusvia, the figurehead of diplomacy and the Trinity, Commander in Chief

Article II
The government shall be composed of three families and three branches of government. Each family to is be sworn to The Executive Progeny, The Congressional Scion, or the Judicial Hand. The Queen will serve as the head of state, commander in chief, and a diplomatic figurehead.

Article III
Every citizen of The Queendom of Infusvia is born with the right of freedom of opinion and expression. This includes freedom of speech, freedom of press, peaceful assembly, and the right to petition the government. The government can not punish any citizen for exercising these rights.

Article IV
Every citizen of The Queendom of Infusvia is born with the right to have an education and access to affordable healthcare. This is a right that can not be taken away from any citizen no matter their rank or influence in government or society.

Article V
Every citizen of The Queendom of Infusvia is born with the right to live and love freely as they choose. This right can not be taken away from them by anybody no matter their rank or influence in government or society.

Article VI
The Executive Progeny’s duty is to carry out and enforce the laws of Infusvia. If a law is passed in the Congressional Scion The Executive Progeny will vote to veto or pass the bill on a. The Congressional Scion will propose bills from members or from the public. The Judicial Hand will be composed of thirteen judges that are appointed by the Queen, and has the option to serve a lifetime. The Queen’s duty is to serve as the voice of the country and is the Commander in Chief of Infusvia. The Executive Progeny will be composed of thirty elected members ( ten delegates from each region of the country) in the event of a tie the Queen will break the vote. The Congressional Scion will be composed of sixty delegates (twenty from each of the three provinces); The Queen will also break a tie in the event of one. Each dominant family is responsible for putting forth the required number of members in the government from their family however they see fit, It is not required by law for the family to vote on who gets to serve in the government although it is encouraged.

Article VII
It is all government leaders duty to serve the citizens of Infusvia first and foremost. Causing any harm to a member of one of the Trinity families or a citizen of Infusvia past the second degree is an act of treason.

Article VIII
If the Queen of Infusvia happens to pass away while she is serving in office. It is required by law for the country to go into a morning period of seven days, during these seven days all land air and naval borders are required to be closed. All governmental disputes are required to be paused until the seven days are over. On the fifth day, a nationwide funeral will be held for the late Queen. A statue of the late Queen shall be erected of her and carried through the three provinces of Infusvia. It is illegal to use taxpayer funds to fund this process, the family of the late queen is responsible for this. After the mandatory mourning period a vote will be held by the people of Infusvia on whatfamily the Queen shall be from. Once a decision is made the two families who were not chosen, will vote on who inside of the family that was chosen to become the reigning Queen.

Article IX
Every citizen of the Queendom of Infusvia is born with the freedom from indentured servitude, a person may not be forced to work for an organization/person against their will with no payment, even in instances of punishment.

Article X
All branches of government are created equal and will have a system of checks and balances to ensure no branch of government becomes too powerful.

Article XI
Native citizens can run for local offices if they are 30 years of age and have no felony charges/accusations against them and must speak the three official languages of Infusvia. Naturalized citizens may only run for lower level offices (city council, mayor,and provincial governors), and are not allowed to join one of the three families of the Trinity

Article XII
Education about contraception and family planning is required to graduate from secondary/highschool. When overpopulation occurs in a specific area government officials must make it their priority to encourage movement to less populated areas of the country. The right to an abortion is given to all women of Infusvia.

Article XIII
Deforestation, the use of fossil fuels, and pollution is prohibited. Moving forward the country shall rely only on clean power. Environmentally harmful goods shall only be exported from the county. No harmful goods shall stay on Infusvian soil to be used, they may only be sold to other foreign countries for profit.

Article XIV
The three dominant families of Infusvia historically have been composed of blood related family members however, it is allowed if a natural born citizen of the country wants to join a dominant family of Infusvia they undergo the correct stipulations.
These stipulations are.
- You have to speak the dominant language of the family you would like to join
- You must serve in the countries military for at least three years or more
- You must pledge your sworn allegiance to that family and the reigning Queen
- If any crimes against you are found on your record, you may not join
Joining any of the three dominant families is a sacred action, therefore deeds done, while you are in the process of joining the family or in the family are deemed classified no matter the circumstance.
