The Initiative, is a Global Economic Development Initiative set up to expand and level the playing field of infrastructures across Kalrania. From Aviation, to Drinking water, Schools, Wastes, Broadband, Hazard Waste Material, etc. Infrastructure in the eyes of the Director of Honalulu and even the Continental Director Altan Kahn's belief, that infrastructure is but the foundation of Kalranian societies and a given right that Kalranians must all enjoy to its highest degree. It is of best interest across the Kalrania from islands to the oceans and the continents that development on the global infrastructure must be a priority to enrich the globe and national economies and bring a surplus of goods to alleviate the pains of the downtrodden and uplift them through social means.
