Regional Raid Protection policy (RRPP)

Starting february 22, the RRPP will be put in place. This includes the following rules for the republics protection:
1. All new entry's to the republic will be put through a background check
2. All nations trying to become a minister will be put through questioning and investigation unless stated by the RRPO, Alliance leader, and W.A. delegate
3. One (no more then 3) RRPOs will be in charge of the investigation and background checks. The leader of this group will be the minister of defense
