Hear me, people of Hartfelden. It has been a long three years, that I have reigned. Some have considered it to be a steady time, others stagnant, and others still, consider it a slow, painful death. At times I have considered myself to be in all three camps, until today. Now, I believe that our Region is capable of becoming more than it was under my reign, and finally, I have the confidence in others to see that it be done, and that the risk to the realm, be endured.

With this message, I mark that I am stepping down from the Throne, and shall leave it, and the Region of Hartfelden, in the eager, excited hands of my successor, Kendra Von Hartfelden, Matriarch of the House Von Hartfelden, Cousin to I, Julius'in Von Hartfelden, and hereby, Empress of the realm. Long may she reign, and may she bring prosperity to our home.
