List of presidents of Yemet (WIP)

The president of Yemet is the head of government and head of state of the Democratic Republic of Yemet. The position was created in 2013 upon the foundation of the democratic republic and abolishment of the office of the premier of Yemet. It is indirectly elected in a General Election which sees elections for the 675 seats of the Workers' House and the 124 seats of the Federal Council. Whomever can command the support of the Workers' House is proclaimed president by the speaker of the house. So far this has been the leader of the largest political party in the Workers' House.

The first holder of the office was Frederik Gerev who served from 2013 to 2022, at nine years he is the longest holder of the office. The incumbent president is Nikita Neschev, who assumed office on 5 October 2022.
