- A Resolution to Condemn Apartheid in Swowianska Rodezja
Condemns Swowianska Rodezja for its role in the state-sponsored destruction of its
Zoroastrian population.Condemns Swowianska Rodezja for its role in the state-sponsored destruction of its
Zoroastrian population;Demands that Swowianska Rodezja immediately and fully grant its native Zoroastrian
population citizenship and all associated legal rights and privileges;Calls for the implementation of legal sanctions on key officials representing the authorities of
Port Pemba;Stresses to Swowianska Rodezja that it may not unfairly violate the rights
of its residents, be they Zoroastrian or a member of any other faith or creed.Demands that Swowianska Rodezja immediately and fully commit to issuing an annual
report to the United Assembly of Nations on the status of ethnic, social, and religious minorities
within its territories, with a dedicated section for the Zoroastrians of Port Pemba, and to accept
and act on the Assembly's recommendations vis-a-vis the treatment of minority groups in a
timely manner where they are given.

Expressing grave concern at Swowianska Rodezja's past genocide of its Zoroastrian
population in the 1990s, and the subsequent confinement of its surviving members in undignified squalor;
Recalling that the continuation of apartheid practices is generally considered to be unacceptable in
modern day society, and that the authorities of Port Pemba, in expelling Zoroastrian residents from
its territory, is deliberately inflicting on the group conditions of life which threaten its means of survival;
