II. Categorization

The United Federation of Zetronis categorizes states into 3 key components:
Ally
Ally is a categorization in which it is classed to nations that have met the following criteria:

1. Have not previously acted against Zetronis in a reasonably long time (canonically, 4 years, OOC, 1 month.)

2. Are not inherently dictatorial (this term may only be violated if a nation has extreme suppression of civil, economic and political freedoms)

3. Are not ruled or governed by an individual who is considered enemy of the State (This makes sure no person who is a criminal in Zetronis, while leading a state, said state cannot be an ally to Zetronis until it removes it's leader from office.)

4. Are recognised as a sovereign state by at least half of the Archcouncil

Potential Ally
Potential Ally is a categorization in which it is classed to nation that has met some of the ally criteria but not all of them. this may be overlooked on certain conditions, but this is extremely rare.

Enemy
Enemy is a categorization in which it is classed to a nation that has both met none of the criteria of Ally but have acted against at least one of them.
