• People's Republic of Quing Nara: Extremely Negative; historical rivals, territorial disputes, border friction, conflicting ideologies/politics.

• Second Empire of Tritra: Neutral/Indifferent; hadn't established formal relations.

• Empire of Hedra: Somewhat Positive; hadn't established formal relations, admired from afar.

• Hyperborean Empire of Vostag: Barely Negative; associated with historical rival (Quing Nara), border friction, weird.

• Kazakborat: Positive; historically and culturally tied to each other's foundation.

• Presidential Republic of Alpecchia: Neutral/Indifferent; hadn't established formal relations.

• Kingdom of Pyingang: Neutral/Indifferent; hadn't established formal relations.

• Crampodia: Neutral/Indifferent; hadn't established formal relations.

• The Neo American Union: Somewhat Positive; established formal relations, mutual respect.
