The Obligations of a Coalitionist to his alliance

The Coalition obligates all its citizens to support the democratic institutions that form the foundations of our alliance by taking an active stance in the Government's functions.

World Assembly Delegate:
All citizens may vote in World Assembly delegate elections every six months. The five most endorsed nations within the G.C.H, excluding the present WA delegate, are permitted to run for election, excluding those who have already been WA delegates 3 times. Additionally, if a nation that can run for election does not, the next most endorsed nation below the top five will be substituted, and so on. Voting is done through a poll, which will take a week to conclude.

Council of Diplomats:
"A1-Peace-S2: To maintain interregional peace, the G.C will have a council of 4 exemplary nations to sit on a "Council of Diplomats" to discuss Foreign relations, conflict, embassies, and other interregional matters and make educated decisions on such matters. The standing WA Delegate is also a council member, making the council number 5.

Council seats are circulated every three months. A maximum of 20 applications can be made for a council seat, starting 3 weeks before circulation, and the deadline is two weeks from circulation, Applications are first-come first first-served. An application is a direct message to the WA Delegate, who will announce when the limit has been reached. Out of the 20 Applicants, the council will pick 8 nations that they believe are the best candidates to serve as a seat on the council. After the candidates are agreed upon, the WA Delegate will introduce a public poll to vote on the 4 best candidates, the poll can be designed at their discretion. Once 4 new council members have been chosen, the WA Delegate may choose to spend some time training them, or to dive immediately into the work of the council.

A nation may be elected to sit at the council a total of 4 times, or one year in total, these services may be consecutive."

Should a council member prove to be against the values and interests of the region or citizens themselves, a party of 20 individual nations is allowed by law to form a party to bring attention to the crisis to the WA delegate. The 20 nations serve as a petition, with enough members, the WA delegate is required to propose a poll that would allow the whole of the coalition to lawfully impeach the council member. The poll will last a week. If the poll succeeds, the nomination and election of a new council member will proceed immediately, and that new council member will serve the remainder of the previous member's term.

Should an entire council prove to be against the values and interests of the region or citizens themselves, a party of 35 individual nations is allowed by law to form a party to bring attention to the crisis to the WA delegate. The 35 nations serve as a petition, with enough members, the WA delegate is required to propose a poll that would allow the whole of the coalition to lawfully impeach the council. The poll will last a week. If the poll succeeds, the nomination and election of a new council will proceed immediately, and that new council will serve the remainder of the previous council's term.

Moderators:
All Moderators of the G.C are also subject to impeachment. A party of 10 Nations, with sufficient proof of abuse of power or corruption, may bring a case to the WA delegate, who is obligated to submit a poll which will decide the status of the subject mod. The poll will last 3 days, and should the poll suceed, nomination of a new Moderator by the Delegate will proceede immidiately.

The duties of a coalitionist are subject to only expansion as the region grows, and leaders decide the on the growth and control of leadership with it.
