WELCOME TO THE LIGURIAN REPUBLIC
Welcome to the Ligurian Republic, a proud, democratic, welcoming, and peaceful nation. This article summarizes and explains our policy on embassies and international and interregional relations with foreign organizations and nations. The Ligurian Republic promotes and champions a peaceful and multilateral vision of diplomacy. For this reason, we maintain a strictly neutral policy toward all major nations, regions, and international and interregional organizations. We believe in a foreign policy based on peaceful cooperation and profitable trade, and we orient our diplomatic offices toward this goal.
Furthermore, the Ligurian Republic promotes and encourages the creation of interregional and bilateral treaties for the creation of a diplomatic network of mutual solidarity and dialogue.

GENERAL GUIDELINES
The Ligurian Republic will gladly accept requests to open embassies and diplomatic offices on our territory from regions, nations, and organizations that possess a clear cultural, social, political, and national identity. While the Ligurian Republic and its Government do not impose stringent requirements on requests for opening, they do impose strict limitations based on the nature of the applicants; all requests from nations, regions, and organizations that:
promote fascist, racist, theocratic, segregationist ideologies or those that deny the freedoms and rights of individuals.
promote narratives and propaganda that deny crimes against humanity
promote, support, or are part of organizations of raiders or aggressors against nations, regions, and international and interregional organizations
The Ministry of Foreign Affairs will carefully evaluate the request to open embassies and diplomatic offices, carefully investigating all the applicant's publications.
