No Fascism, or no hate ideology. Mild Right-Wing and Left Wing ideologies are accepted. If you have a mutual embassies to a Fascist region, you may not be able to be approved.

Your region is not an embassy collector. Embassies with an embassy collectors are worthless.

Your region needs to have at least 10 nations.

Your region must be classified as active (one RMB in the last 10 hours, or more than 5 RMB posts a day)

Favourable -
This tier means that Vultune would prefer this region more to others, enabling the start of a diplomatic affair. This can be achieved by establishing diplomatic relations with 2 or more of our regional officers, or if a member of the region is partaking in RP in Reparune via an alternate account.
Apply via a TG to the WA Delegate (Reparunia)

Ambassador - The Ambassador tier involves the opening of an on-site embassy between Reparune and your region. This gives residents of that region access to Reparune’s regional message board, and a further step-up in diplomatic relations. This is only available if your region has achieved Favourable status for more than a month, a telegram or Discord message (ask for name in TG) to the WA Delegate and an embassy request will be accepted.
However, if your region already has an existing embassy with Vultune, your region will be already eligible for Ambassador tier.

Coalition - The Coalition tier is the most valued relation in the 3 tiers. This means that your region, Reparune and Vultune have partaken in a mission (eg defending a region from raiders), only then you are eligible for Coalition status. Another way is that the leaders of each region (WA delegate for Frontiers, Sinkers and Feeders, Governors for Strongholds).
A good example are member regions of the FDF.
