Blue Ridge December Recruitment Report

DECEMBER RECRUITMENT REPORT

Need help? Contact Adkissa, Supurior, or Gine Caruttiva.

Introduction

Here is a summary of Blue Ridge’s recruitment activity for November. Details are obtained through Posthorse’s total stats command and calculated manually to ensure the most accurate results possible. Recording for this session began December 1st at 9:50 AM CST and ended January 1st at 12:59 PM CST. This report’s numbers were gathered and calculated by Adkissa at the request of the First Minister, Supurior.

Total Recruitment

  1. API: 8,857

  2. Taniwha Wairua: 4,080

  3. Adkissa: 3,592

  4. Supurior: 849

  5. Basshobia: 581

  6. The Vally: 40

Overall, 17,576 telegrams were sent this month (+1,099 compared to last month), or 9,142 excluding API. Though only one new recruiter was introduced this month (welcome, Vally!) we maintained a strong standing through the holiday slowdown, with Basshobia more than quadrupling his telegrams sent compared to November's report. This also marks the first month since the adoption of Posthorse that Adkissa was beaten in terms of telegrams sent.

As per usual, the stamp fund was embezzled, and no telegrams of the nature were sent this month.

Awards

Continuing the past program of awarding recruiters for their contributions to Blue Ridge, the Ministry of Home Affairs is distributing card rewards for our recruiters. These cards are currently courtesy of Adkissa.

Contrary to the past hours-based system, we have switched to measuring success off of the amount of telegrams sent. Two legendary cards are sent out every month, and specific details about the drawing will be published at a later date. This month’s winners are…

  • Most TGs Sent: Taniwha Wairua (S3 Australian rePublic)

  • Drawing Winner: Adkissa (N/A)

Thank you, recruiters, for your time and energy. Blue Ridge is built on the backs of hard workers like you all!

That’s all for the December Recruitment Report. See you all next year (for real, this time).

thank you for reading and recruiting! we love y’all!
