This Constitution must be named the 'Constitution of Squareworld' and is to be referred as such. The name is to remain the same, unless a democratic election is held to change this name.

1. § Equality of all Nations: All nations are equal and should not be discriminated against for personal characteristics, including birth, race, gender, religion, political opinion, sexual orientation or gender identity.

2. § Secularism: Everyone has the right to their beliefs and religious practices, but proselytism is prohibited. No one is forced to reveal their beliefs, and no religion is favored by the region.

3. § Confidentiality of Communications: Secrecy of communications, including telegrams, is guaranteed, unless a court order is required.

4. § Freedom of Speech: Members have the right to express and share ideas, as long as it does not harm, threaten, or intimidate other member nations. Free speech is based on the principles of respecting others' expression and individuality.
   

1. § Rules for Citizenship: To become a citizen of Squareworld, a nation must reside in the region and be actively in the WA. If the nation is not in the WA, they may apply for a waiver by sending a telegram to either Squarelandiuh (the president and founder of Squareworld), Squarelandiaball (the vice-president of Squareworld) or Squaretownia (the prime minister/premier of Squareworld).

2. § Non-citizen and Citizen Nations: Non-citizen nations in Squareworld enjoy the public freedoms guaranteed by Chapter I. They can participate in community discussion and activities, but however, they cannot vote, join regional events, run for public or private office, or propose legislation, unlike citizen nations.

3. § Deprivation of Citizenship: Citizenship can be revoked if a nation repetitively violates regional rules or the principles outlined in this Constitution. Non-citizen nations are banjected if they are found to be a threat to Squareworld's security and stability.

4. § Renunciation of Citizenship: Any citizen can choose to renounce their citizenship and leave the region if they wish.
   

1. § Collective Decision: The Government collectively decides on all rules, external relations, aspects, and leads processes on whether a nation is eligible for deprivation of citizenship.

2. § Ousting of Members of the Government: Any member of the Government may be ousted by a two-thirds majority vote in a referendum.

3. § Referendum Veto: Any decision made by the Government may be vetoed by a majority vote in a referendum.

4. § Delegate to the World Assembly: The role of the WA delegate is ceremonial and may rotate between WA members of the Government at any time.
   

1. § Acting President: If the President, for any reason, leaves for less than 28 days, the Vice-President will be the Acting President.

2. § (Vice-)President's Veto: The President and the Vice-President have the power to veto any bill that has passed by majority through the Regional Parliament. A President's or a Vice-President's veto can be overturned by a two-thirds majority vote in a referendum.
   

1. § Cabinet: The Cabinet includes department heads known as Ministers. The Premier may either appoint and dismiss members of their Cabinet, or create, modify, and remove any department as they wish.

2. § Premier's Veto: The Premier has the power to veto any bill that has passed by majority through the Regional Parliament. A premierial veto can be overturned by a two-thirds majority vote in a referendum.
   

1. Any citizen may propose an amendment to any part of the Constitution. It cannot be unilaterally amended in any way.

2. Amendments to the Constitution must be written in the form of a Legislative Bill and posted in a factbook so that all citizens may access it. Once the bill has one other sponsor other than the writer, it can be voted on, requiring a majority of two-thirds. If this is not met, the amendment will be considered defeated and its changes will not be adopted.

3. Amendments to remove any of the rights mentioned in Chapter II are to be dismissed.

4. Small changes to make the Constitution easier to read can be made without a vote, as long as they don't change the meaning.
