• Puck Sinzuki: Hideki views Puck as a blessing in disguise. One that must be kept loyal. He bribed her over to ally with him, even though Puck can read his mind, he managed to make her doubt her telepathy. Hideki sees Puck as a way to draw attention from him to her, so he can watch her become powerful, as he watches the entire classes shake.

• Reji Neivut: Hideki finds him a valuable asset to figure out the secrets of thieves, so he can manipulate Reji to reveal details of thieves Reji hates. Hideki plans to use this to slowly learn as much as he needs to turn thieves into puppets to support his propaganda, which supports his own brother.

• Aurora Scarletborne: Hideki finds her as a valuable informant, that way he can scalpel the entire acting business, and have her life skyrocket, that way she can earn more money, and become more famous, while Hideki lies back, watching the entire world burn.

• Kiyomi 'Kitty' Asunde: Hideki's interactions with her are not too often, however, he seems indifferent about her. If anything, disliking her willingness to get dirty, however, he does utilise her for any spying he needs done.

• Kurodasai 'Kurosi' Scarletborne: Hideki has a strong disdain for him, as Kurosi plans to assassinate the entire royal family. Hideki, when he can, tells Puck to have him 'dealt with'. Hideki doesn't care who he needs to use, he'll choose them no matter what to kill Kurosi. He doesn't care that Kurosi is related to Aurora.

• Aeria: Hideki finds Aeria as a monumental invention in machinery, using her concept as a way to picture an entire future with everyone experimented on. It is in fact, because of her, that he decided to enhance himself with machinery, and by splicing Angel DNA into himself.

• Dr. Juyuan: Hideki finds Dr. Juyuan as a talented scientist, while he eyerolls at the latter's flamboyant nature, Hideki is not afraid to admit that Dr. Juyuan is a remarkable scientist, often funding his experiments, as at one point, he considered the idea of having Puck, Reji, Aurora, and Kitty all experimented on.

• Aiyah Vi Isiaher: Hideki dislikes her, as in the later arcs, he has her locked in solitary confinement, he did find the Demon Royal Massacre, which Aiyah was a major player of, necessary for the Devil to have Puck as his successor, so Hideki would have control over the Devil.

• Racu 'Akukami' Lucitan: Hideki is aware of his existence, as he observed Puck transform into her Demon State, enter a portal to Hell, Hideki followed subtly. Hideki seems to be curious about him, and seeing him as an interesting contrast to most Devils in fiction.

• Favorite Meal/Drink: His favourite meal is 2 chocolate croissants and a medium-well steak, topped with salmon. His favourite drink is a cortado with a black licorice placed inside.

• Favorite Color: His favourite colour isn't really any, he prefers iridescent. However, if he had to choose, he'd go with lilac, just because it's soft on the eyes, and does not intrude.

• Etymology: Hideki typically means definitions relating to 'excellence', as it shows his occasional view of seeing himself as excellent. Raiyo is based on the surname 'Rai' which was historically used as a title for royalty. Most famously in India. This suits him well.

• Sexual Orientation: Hideki is asexual, however, when he has to, he's not afraid to have offspring. Just, he is naturally asexual.

• Hobbies: Hideki has a tendency to fidget with Rubix Cubes, and often plays Tetris on his phone whilst waiting.
