By the grace of Empress Ammarah bint Arran ibn Caldemar Ghazia-Rahman Al-Quilor-Vytherov ascendant to the Throne of the Empire of Kantrias,

The Empress hereby proclaims;

1. - IN accordance with Article IV.i.e of the Imperial Constitution Her Imperial Majesty has removed Duke Caldemar Quilor as Seneschal of the Integration Team.

2. - IN accordance with Article IV.i.e of the Imperial Constitution Her Imperial Majesty appoints Sir Karl Quilor-Vytherov as Chamberlain of the Privy Council.

   1. - The Chamberlain of the Privy Council is charged with aiding the Empress in the day-to-day activities and running of the Empire in any area or capacity.
      

3. - IN accordance with Article IV.i.e of the Imperial Constitution Sir Karl von Quilor-Habsburg-Lorraine is removed as Pollmaster for the Capitol State.

4. - IN accordance with Article V.iv.iv of the Imperial Constitution the Senate is hereby suspended until further notice and all Senators are removed from their posts.

5. - IN accordance with Articles II.i and II.vi of the Imperial Constitution the Empress suspends the Delphinium Court until further notice.

6. - IN accordance with Articles II.i and II.vi of the Imperial Constitution the Empress establishes Imperial Edicts to hold the power of law.

   1. - Imperial Edicts may not conflict with the Imperial Constitution or Imperial Law directly.

   2. - Imperial Edicts are signed by the Empress but must first be heard by the Privy Council for a period of at least 24 hours before implementation.
