Lorefest is a new celebration and competition in Grandterre. It celebrates and encourages people to write and develop their country's backstory, commonly referred to as "Lore"! It is a fun festival which encourages activity, fun, and inter-national cooperation in the pursuit of a laugh and making some really cool stories.

All you need to do to register for Lorefest, is to fill out this form and wait to get a telegram to be accepted! And no, you don't have to be in Grandterre.

1. First off, you must have a WA account. This is to make sure that people don't cheat and use multiple accounts in order to get a higher chance of winning.
2. You can make your lore about just one country, a fictional planet, a personal story in a fictional nation, an intergalactic empire, ANYTHING (to do with politics/ nations)!
3. We are looking for wiki-style factbooks mostly, describing anything from culture, laws, people and more from your universe.
4. Absolutely NO AI WHATSOEVER! Or we will be very angry >:(
5. You can collab with other people to make your universe, but your Lore must be coherent.

The winner will be decided by the three Judges. These judges will be Landbang Rkipo Islands, The Habsburgian Dietslands and [AWAITING CONFIRMATION]. The judges will rate your Lore out of 50 total points, 10 points for each category. The winner will also get some valuable trading cards! The categories are:

• ORIGINALITY(no AI or copying real life, or copying other people's work).

• CONTINUITY (does your Lore happen in a chronological order? Are there gaps in your Lore?).

• REALISM (future and far future tech is fine, but please no fantasy. Also make sure decisions made by characters are logical and things with insanely low odds doesn't happen all the time).

• APPEARENCE (do your factbooks look good? Is it an eyesore? Extra points for immersion like a website-looking factbook).

• COOLNESS (is your Lore boring? Make sure it is absolutely epic, with the right amount of twists, battles, events and more!)
