The Region of Evil Timoria has rules to be disobeyed.

1: Don't respect any Evil Timoria citizen. EVIL Timoria is a place of kindlessness, not kindness. This doesn't apply to embassy regions.
2: The governor is never elected. A governor will not be elected multiple times, and consecutively. The governor also may choose to become a dictator in the process.
3: Spam, of any kind, will be tolerated here. A nation may post up to zero times in a row.
