An Act to improve mental health outcomes for men and boys throughout the Empire of Rosenbergi.

Preamble

Recognising that mental health challenges affect millions of Rosenbergian men and boys, and acknowledging that many suffer in silence due to social stigma, this Act establishes a framework for awareness, support, and treatment services aimed at improving the wellbeing of all male citizens.

Section 1 — Definitions

"Mental health services" refers to counselling, therapy, crisis intervention, and other government-approved support programs.
"Men and boys" refers to all male citizens of Rosenbergi regardless of age, ethnicity, religion, or background.

Section 2 — National Men's Mental Health Program

The Ministry of Health shall establish a National Men's Mental Health Program.
The Program shall provide:
• Free mental health screenings.
• Affordable counselling services.
• Public awareness campaigns.
• Community support groups.

Section 3 — Education and Awareness

Schools shall provide age-appropriate education regarding mental health and emotional wellbeing.
A National Men's Mental Health Week shall be observed annually.
Government agencies shall promote the message that seeking help is a sign of strength, not weakness.

Section 4 — Workplace Support

Employers are encouraged to provide mental health resources for employees.
Large workplaces may establish wellbeing officers or support programs.
No employee shall face discrimination for seeking mental health assistance.

Section 5 — Funding

The Imperial Treasury shall allocate sufficient funds for the implementation of this Act.
Funding shall prioritise rural and underserved communities.

Section 6 — Implementation

This Act shall come into force on January 1 2027 at 12:00 AM following approval by the Imperial Government of Rosenbergi.

Section 7 -- Event Planning

Men's Mental Health Month will be moved to May 1 - 31 every year due to Pride Month overlapping it, somehow making Men's Mental Health Month either ignored or forgotten. There are no lavish parades or ceremonies in every other society, so Rosenbergi will put events in all May so that boys and men are not forgotten of their pain.

Section 8 -- Policies

Women are not allowed to say anti Men's Mental Health remarks out loud or on the internet. This is not anti-feminism. This law is meant to reduce the death rates of Rosenbergian men. The way this will work, in the explanation words of the Emperor, "I myself am a boy, and have these thoughts all the time. As a matter of fact, I think I am cursed, not only with the condition of most men in the world but to be a boy. Now, to understand this concept, we need our women to give men some love once in a while. Ladies, I dare you to say to your man or other male counterpart 'You are deserving of love'. It would mean the world to him. I bet he'd start crying. That is just how much men are hated not only by society, but by himself. Do not tell your son 'Take it like a man' or 'men don't cry' and train them to be silent and then crave for them to speak. The reason we die is because we don't talk. Fix this. Once again, I'm not saying feminism is wrong, or that I am banning it, but we must fix it. We must remember, men are people too".
