This is your Eternal Emperor, The Leader, the Leader of the Unfree World, speaking.

We are continually reminded of that which occurred less than a month ago. After the previous two telegrams, we have revealed the complete and utter decimation of all remnants of the Free Kerbal Liberation Army (FKLA).

In light of this, The Leader would like to officially declare the regionwide State of Emergency to be over, and invite all a13 denizens to partake in a minute's silence on Monday, 17th August, at 7:00 GMT, as a symbol of commemoration for the lives lost in this fight.

In addition, it is now safe for the Council of a13 representatives and delegates to convene back in Mufficio to reexamine the aftermath of this wave of terror; while the MAF will review its internal processes to find the root cause of how the FKLA were permitted to slip under the radar.

In the meantime, we remind all a13 citizens keep their guard up and alert MAF hotlines upon suspicion. Anyone identified with links to terrorist organisations can face the death penalty. For the full list of such societies declared off-limits, all a13 citizens are advised to visit the new online version of the regionwide policing database, also available for viewing at all local police stations.
