I am most pleased to submit the Gameside Report of Week 37 for public release, which also has the honour of being the first Gameside Report of the Islington Ministry. In this report, you will find information on gameside activity, recruitment and World Assembly affairs. I am hopeful that this will make the government efforts more transparent and will allow both the gameside and external forum community to hold our regional government accountable.

A strong start.

The Islington Premiership is off to a strong start. Two weeks ago, we lost more than a hundred nations in a single week, and last week we saw more than fifty nations depart. This week, the number has stabilized, as we have seen a minimal loss of six nations. Whilst we of course would like to see the nation count increase, the current drop is the result of nations ceasing to exist who joined us when we transitioned to frontier status.

This is shown by our recruitment numbers. More nations have purposefully located to the Empire of Great Britain then have departed from it. The decrease therefore solely is the result of nations which have ceased to exist. The positive recruitment balance can be attributed to the work of the Islington Ministry, which has started recruiting through stamps from day one, an effort that the previous government unfortunately didn't undertake for at least seventy days. The Islington Ministry also ensures there is an active API program running to recruit and has hosted a manual recruitment marathon during the weekend. Almost a 1000 manual telegrams have been sent by the citizenry, for which we are entirely grateful. Unfortunately, solely Labour Party Ministers of the Crown partook in the recruitment marathon, which means there is much, much more potential.

The activity levels of the regional community are also promising. Where during previous weeks remarks were made about how quiet the Regional Message Board was, this week we have revitalized it through daily questions, daily streaks, two separate theme-based polls and a factbook writing competition. On top of this, we have released a total of three BBC updates, to bridge the off-site community and the gameside community. The Overseas Development Office is very grateful to all our residents for participating, and we are proud that the number of unique participants and daily questions answered has increased.

Of course, this conclusion is based on cold hard numbers, and I invite you all to check those out in the section below.
