This is your Eternal Emperor, The Leader, the Leader of the Unfree World, speaking.

We are locking out after the final stretch of the region's first major examination season since its establishment. The CTP is hereby in the midst of consolidating test scores from all test-takers. Now entering the post-examination season, the committee will begin announcing efforts to encourage beyond-curriculum knowledge building amongst young citizens; these bear the aims of enriching students' lives, surpassing the confines of the classroom.

To educate is not to dictate;
