Apple Crumble (Cobbler)

Apple Crumble 4-6 servings

3 medium apples
2 T. water
1/2 c. flour
3/4 c. sugar
3/4 tsp. salt
3/4 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 c. oleo (or unsalted butter)

Directions
1. Preheat oven to 375 F.
2. Wash apples, slice thinly.
3. Grease baking dish and add apple slices and water.
4. In a mixing bowl, add flour, sugar, salt, cinnamon, and oleo. It helps if you put the oleo/butter in the microwave for 30 seconds to melt. Spread mixture evenly over apples.
5. Bake 30 minutes, or until the apples are tender and the top is brown.
6. Serve warm with topping, cream, or ice cream!
