Update "Nudity score drop"

The Federation of Kundam Government is proud and excited to announce that streaking is now legal.
This has helped us to push up our nudity score as promised and we are back on track at 196.25.
Although we are still far behind our record score of 218.5 and our goal to smash it, that is certainly a good start.
