The Constitution of the Kekistani Republic

We, the Government, hereby recognise that it is any nation's right, as a Kekfugee, to enter this region freely. You, the People, hereby recognise the following:

1.1 - The Government reserves the rights to freely eject or ban any nation which it deems suspicious or potentially dangerous to the security of the Republic.

1.2 - You, the People, concede that, if you hail from the regions of C**kistan to the West (The Invaders, Firehelm etc.) or the regions of Turkistan to the East (AntiFa, CaiN and all the Black Bloc) you shall be deported and permanently banned on sight.

1.3 - In times of emergency, We, the Government, may deport swathes of potentially suspicious Nations (although such Nations may be reinstated later, at the discretion of the Government.)

1.4 - Any pre-existing Nations who wish to add other nations under their control to the ranks of the Republic must contact a representative of the Government before they do so (to ratify their claims and ensure no Nations are able to rig elections or destabilise the Board of the Republic. Failure to comply with such a request may result in the nation in question's subordinates being ejected from the Republic until a valid reason is given.

1.5 - If any Kekistani views their ejection as unfair or unconstitutional, they may raise a claim with the Chair of the Kekistani Supreme Courts, who will reverse any ejection if presented with indisputable evidence that the Nation involved is not in contravention of any of the statutes of the Constitution.

Article 2 - Rights to Representative Democracy

We, the Government, aim to ensure an open and free democratic process. We thus recognise the following:

2.1 - Elections for all positions within the Government (except the Executive) shall be held twice each year.

2.2 - You, the People, have inalienable rights to stand for any position within Government in any election.

2.3 - No citizen may hold more than one position in Government simultaneously.

2.4 - The Government shall be formed of the following positions:

2.5 - If You, the People, view a Government official as incompetent, you have unalienable rights to contact the Executive and commence a Vote of No Confidence. If the official involved is found to have removed the poll, they shall be dismissed in disgrace. If the official involved is put to the vote and viewed as incompetent, he shall be dismissed immediately and shall be stripped of his rights to stand for public office.

2.6 - If any Government official is dismissed or abdicates, an election shall be held immediately to ensure a smooth and democratic handover of power.

Article 3 - Delegacy

The WA Delegacy shall be a position inbetween the People and the Government. We, the Government, recognise the following:

3.1 - He shall have joint responsibility over military pacts with the Commander of the KDF. Pacts shall be confirmed through mutual consent.

3.2 - He shall be responsible for the formation of Embassies and diplomatic missions into other Regions.

3.3 - He shall be the Chair of the KPA (Kekistanian Propaganda Agency;) this organisation shall be responsible for recruitment from other regions and mass telegrams.

3.4 - He shall represent this Region diplomatically and sensibly.

3.5 - He shall be responsible for trade deals, arms deals and othersuch import/export deals.

3.6 - He shall report any suspicious communications in other Regions' boards to the Government immediately, and such claims shall be investigated. If the chair of the Covert Agency deems the claim reasonable, the region shall be placed on a Kekstani watchlist.

Article 4 - Military

In order to preserve the peace within the Republic, a standing military shall be set up. Thus, We, the Government, recognise the following:

4.1 - Under no circumstances shall any Kekistani be conscripted into any military or fighting force.

4.2 - The Commander of the KDF (Kekistani Defense Force) shall be responsible for leading the KDF in times of crisis. The KDF is a purely defensive strike force; it shall only be deployed in defense of the realm.

4.3 - The Military shall be ranked thus:

4.4 - The Government shall operate an agency for the purposes of information gathering and subterfuge. This information shall be equipped with Huey H-1 Hoppean Helicopters (as well as a small fleet of Apache SDL Attack Helicopters,) who shall be responsible for gathering any Marxists and dropping them out of helicopters from a few thousand feet. Details shall be handed out on a confidential basis, and the Executive shall be their Director.

4.5 - The WA Delegate and the Commander of the KDF shall participate in founding military contracts with enemy regions as an emergency measure in times of need.

4.6 - If any part of the Kekistani government is to be overtaken by Marxists, in order to put an immediate end to all situations that breach the Constitution and the laws of the land with the goal of redirecting government activity toward the path of Law and ensuring the constitutional order of our Nation and the essential underpinnings of democratic coexistence among Kekistanis, martial law shall be declared until such a time that normality has returned to the land.

Article 5 - Liberty

We, the Government, recognise the Republic as a bastion for free speech. Thus, we recognise the following:

5.1 - You, the People, shall not use the word 'cuck' in any Regional Message Board post (as this may result in suppressions by the site's moderators and the banning of this Region.) Instead, you are to denote it as 'c**k.'

5.2 - We shall not tread on your memes (or your Hoppean Snakes.) No posts shall be suppressed by the Government under any circumstances; any suppressions should be assumed to be misclicks.

5.3 - All People of the Republic have the right to freely bear arms. The standard-issue Government service rifle shall be the .458 PEPE-145.

5.4 - If any Government member telegrams you, a Citizen of the Republic, with classified or dangerous information (such as job offers for secretive Government agencies,) you are duty bound to ensure non-disclosure. Failure to comply will result in deportation and a ban.

5.5 - You, the People, have the inalienable rights to practise any religion. The Republic's token religion is Kek.

5.6 - The National Anthem shall be Shadilay (P.E.P.E, 1976) although you are not bound to sing it at public ceremonies.

Article 6 - Amendments to the Constitution

We, the Government, recognise that the Constitution must be exposed to the democratic process in order to ensure its effectivety. Thus:

6.1 - Any amendments to the Constitution may be ratified by the Chair, the Lord Protector, the Vice-Lord Protector or the Chair of the Supreme Court.

The Articles of War

At some points, it may be justifiable to go to war. Thus we, the Government, recognise the following:

I - The Kekistani Republic will only go to war for the purpose of self-defense.

II - Any nations which pursue policies that threaten the Kekistani Republic will be declared Enemies of the State, and may thus be raided by the KDF.

III - Declarations of War will be approved by a plebiscite.

IV - Declarations of War may entail any action against an enemy Region, including destabilisation and raiding.
