Chechen Refugee Program Started

In a prolonged radio address, Madeline announced to the public of new legislature recently passed by the Imperial Parliament.

Known as CRP - the Chechen Refugee Program exists with a plan to provide LGBT refugees from Chechnya a means to flee to Galway-Dublin. The plan establishes schools for Chechen speakers to learn Irish, English, and other European languages in an attempt to help them establish themselves safely in the country.

Madeline stated that the move would help many people from the government of Chechnya, and would be a good step in improving worldwide human rights for LGBT people.
