#12 Declared Unconstitutional 6-23-18
This administrations feels that the most important freedoms in the world today are freedom of speech, religion, press, assembly and expression. These freedoms are not absolute. They can be regulated. Yet that must be done at the regional level and not by the WA. The WA must set the base that all are to start from. This administration will do everything to uphold these freedoms and serve as an example of how they work in a society.

Currently, major actors in the WA have put forth a proposal to Repeal the Freedom of Expression. This administration feels that their reckless moves over sections of GA #30 have led to a crossroads between our region and the WA. We feel that we can not quit the fight in the WA nor silence the voice of this important freedom. This administration will continue to represent this region in the WA.

What those major regions in the WA are doing is taking advantage of the system. The largest regions are all siding against the smaller ones. They are starting with the Freedom of Expression. Chances are they will look at other freedoms to strip away so that they can have a monopoly and attract NS to their region.

However we feel that embassies will have to be closed with those regions who contributed to this ridiculous mess and our own region. We would hope that in the future the WA really considers how important freedoms are to all regions and not decide who should have freedoms and who should not. Responsibilities come with challenges at times. The answers that seem to be an easy solution are not always the case.

May Providence continue to be with us in these troubled times.

Submitted and effective immediately on the nineteenth of June in the year of our lord two thousand eighteen.
