Ranks of the Imperium
Ranks of NobilityTiltles (Masculine/Feminine) | Description |
Cadev/Cadeva | The ruler of a Cadevate, or all Imperial dominions. The highest ranking nobility of the Imperium, the Cadev is elected from among the ranks of the Imperial Haraduks by electors, special members of the upper nobility and the clergy. The Cadev Emperor rules from Nikolae. |
Haraduk/Haraduka | Ruler of a Harad or Imperial Province. They are among the most powerful and wealthy families in the Imperium and can vote for the next Cadev. |
Doriak/Doriaka | Ruler of a Dor or lesser province. Doriaks can control multiple star systems, as well as have a vote on the next Cadev. |
Levenbrahk/Levenbrahka | Ruler of a Levendor, which consists of multiple star systems, and is the highest rank of the so-called 'lesser' nobles. |
Vikenbrahk/Vikenbrahka | Ruler of a Vikendor, which consists of a single star system but with special military privileges. |
Solundgrav/Solundgravess | Ruler of a Solund, a single solar system and all its resources. |
Mundgrav/Mundgravess | Ruler of a Mund, a single planet as well as its moons and satellites. |
Lundgrav/Lundgravess | Ruler of a Lund, a moon or satellite. |
Tahallim/Tahalla | Ruler of a planetary district or a governor of an extrasolar community. |
Coron/Coronet | The legitimate children of the Cadev. |
Ilant/Ilantess | The children of a former Cadev, the current Cadev's grandchildren or illegitimate children. |
Sarn/Sarness | A member of a royal house who will not inherit a landed title, or someone who received a landless title through service (usually military) to a Great or Lesser House. |
Vlat/Vlata | A title granted by the Cadev for exceptional service to the empire. The title may come with lands or be landless but can not be inherited. |
