I. Both the Imperium and the Reich are recognized as sovereign and maintain no claim on the other's populace, holdings, or assets.

II. The Imperium and the Reich shall both establish and maintain a pact of non-aggression towards the other, such that neither the home regions, colonies, or allies of one may be assaulted in either a conventional or clandestine manner.

III. The Imperium and the Reich shall both prevent any outbursts of propaganda against the other. For the purposes of this treaty, propaganda shall be considered as both the governmentally authorized declamation of either one the region, individuals, or ideologies of one region by the others. Cases of said declamation shall be handled by established representatives of the concerned region, with complaints of declamation against the Imperium being lodged with her Basileus, Eskvor and complaints against the Reich being lodged with her Reich Chancellor, Triemann. This shall be judged on a case-by-case basis and new representatives may be chosen if the old judges have been found to be ineligible/retired.

IV. All communication between both the Imperium and the Reich will be fully uncensored insofar as said communication does not fall within the definition of Propaganda given earlier. This freedom of speech shall be held to professional standards at all times, thus, while one nation may critique the other region's government or ideals in a calm and academic fashion, they may not make use of insults, pejoratives, or any other behavior that could reasonably be classified as flaming in their critique.

V. All outstanding bans, either on NS or Discord, between the two regions, shall be lifted.

VI. To the end of truly open relations, embassies shall be hereby established between the Imperium and the Reich and official envoys exchanged. Said envoys shall be held to the highest levels of professionalism and may be removed if they are found to have transgressed against the terms of this treaty.

VII. This treaty shall be displayed prominently in both regions that the populace therein may become well-familiarized with its terms.

VIII. This Treaty shall be enacted either through Imperial Decrees or by the supermajority approval of the Imperial Synod/Reichstag.
