Old Slavija Constitution

The constitution is adopted by the original members of Slavija and can not be, under any circumstances, be overthrown by any other document or any individual or group. The constitution has full power over all residents of Slavija, and as such is the foundation for all regional laws. Any member of Slavija who does not recognize the constitution is regarded as a rebel, and is to be treated accordingly.

Article I

Every member of Slavija, regardless of race, religion, philosophy, sexuality or political affiliation, has the right of free speech, as long as they do not break any official forum rules. Should anyone attempt to disregard this right, the commissariat is obligated to defend it.

Article II

Every member of Slavija has the right to include themselves in regional politics. Whether it be assisting the current officials or candidating for a governmental position. Should a member break Slavijan law, he or she immediately loses all of his or her rights until further notice. If a member has been unjustly stripped of their rights, he or she is recommended to file a report on this case, providing the evidence necessary for their pardon.

Article III

The Commissariat holds the central power of authority, and is composed of five members. The Chairman of the Commissariat is elected among the commissars when the current one resigns or breaks a rule from the constitution. Replacements for retired commissars are picked by the currently active commissars. All commissars are also expected to help the second leading body in more serious affairs. The Commissariat must hold summits, in which they would debate current regional issues, every three months.

Article IV

If the majority of the Commissariat agrees, the Chairman can assume total authority for a limited period of time. This is designed for rare cases of crisis and disasters, as it is easier for one active person to bring about necessary decisions. Should the Chairman misuse this privilege, or attempt to prolong the time he holds this power after the crisis is solved, he is to be removed from his position and be brought to trial.

Article V

The second leading body of Slavija is consisted out of the Minister of Internal Affairs, Minister of Foreign Affairs, Commander and Chief of the Raiding Corps and Minister of Culture.

The Minister of Internal Affairs is obligated with the tasks of ensuring regional activity, providing the region with fresh members and making sure that no member crosses the line of civil conversation.

The Minister of Foreign Affairs is obligated with the tasks of ensuring good and strong relations with regions that Slavija has a embassy with, searching for more regions to construct embassies with and taking part in diplomatic debates.

The Minister of Culture is obligated with the tasks of providing the region with graphics designs, providing the region with occasional media entertainment and helping maintain the off-site regional forum.

The Commander and Chief is obligated with the tasks of maintaining the UHL(United Hussar Legions), planning and leading raiding missions and keeping in contact with commanders of other raiding organizations/regions.

Article VI

The People's Senate is the lowest administrative body composed out of elected civilians. The main task of the People's Senate is to serve as the voice of the people. Holding occasional debates about possible suggestions, and forwarding them to the Commissariat should the vote decide to do so. The Senate has seven seats, and in case there are spots open an election is held to fill them. The Commissariat has the right to remove a member of the Senate, should they suspect he or she is not fulfilling his duties.

Article VII

Should the region reach a crisis stare in terms of member count(thirty members or less) every active member of Slavija must participate in bringing new members to the region. Members are to apply to the Minister of Internal Affairs or a Commissar to receive direct tasks on the matter. The crisis will not be considered as solved until the member count reaches forty.

Article VIII

Any member of Slavija that is held accountable for breaking the rules set by this constitution, and the rules of the forum, will be dealt immediately. If there is clear evidence against the person then he or she is to be banjected of the spot, with no chances at being pardoned. If the there is a chance of the person being innocent of the accused crime, the Minister of Internal Affairs must call together a trial in which evidence will be presented. After a final decision is reached at the trial, the accused will either be released or be given a decided punishment, depending on the decision of the Minister and his council of civilians.

Article IX

Members who have shown extraordinary service to the region are to be awarded rewards for their time and effort. The rewards are decided and given by the Commissariat, while suggestions are always welcome. The rewards are: The Iron Cross(for devoted military service), The Knights Cross(for extraordinary military service), The Silver Eagle(for devoted commitment to the community of Slavija), The Golden Eagle(for extraordinary commitment to the community of Slavija), The Hussar Badge(for extraordinary political commitment) and The Red Veteran's Medal(for achievements in more than one field).

Article X

The World Assembly Delegate should, at any moment, have access to the regional administration panel. Should the founder of Slavija cease to exist, the World Assembly Delegate gets that position until further notice.
