Case Overview
A middling dispute regarding Imperialist treka and Rophilus. The case regarding free speech rights, the sensitivity of a citizen's wellbeing and identity, and the basic definition of Elparian corruption.

Recent Actions
Imperialist treka and Rophilus have not come towards making an agreement. Treka insists on having an Elparian trial with the charges being corruption and free speech violation. Rophilus insists on dropping the charges due to his "peaceful" (defendant's speech) actions of the Religion case and various times.

Regional influence
With the current argument taking place, many citizens are voicing their opinion at either backing Rophilus, backing Treka, or wholly apathetic to the case or either side. The health of the region is under serious stress, and proper duties are not executed.

The Grecian Compromise:

Herefore makes clear that both parties have a valid argument to maintaining justice, prosperity and security. In order to abide by the law, and heal the division, the Defendant Rophilus is hereby decreed to take a medium mark on his Citizenship record, with the circumstances of "violating the right of free speech of a nation" and "disturbing the peace"

Herefore the plaintiff Imperialist treka is to take a medium mark on his Citizenship record, with the circumstances of "insensitivity of a nation's personal wellbeing" and "disturbing the peace"

The peaceful resolution taking place on the 15 of January, 2018. All parties will be given due consequences following the agreement between all parties
