Wyoming Motors founder and CEO, John Hamm
American Actor and 1960s aficionado, John Hamm founded Wyoming Motors in 2008.
"I'm going to build cars like they used to"
Proclaimed Hamm to his investors at the opening of the Wyoming Motors plant near Jackson Hole in 2010.

Though annual production is minimal (only a few hundred units of each model) the WM line if vehicles has been well received throughout Wyoming and Hamm is already planning to expand.

Classic Styling, Modern Materials
Despite their appearance, WM automobiles are built using modern materials such as glass reinforced thermoplastic body panels which both reduce cost and weight as well as draw on core competencies from defense industries in Wyoming.
Engine design is simple and rugged, though greatly influenced by classic straight cylinder engines, it is based around available investment casting and computerized milling techniques.

The WM Straight 6, 6-cylinder Engine
The Wyoming Motors poduced straight-6 automobile engine from has been in production since 2012. It is a conventional side-valve engine available in 238cui and 257cui. The 238cui engine is found only in cars and wagons while the 257 is shared with both wagons and 1/4 ton light duty trucks.

The WM Straight 8, 8-cylinder Engine
In addition to the standard straight-6, WM produces a straight-8 engine. It is a conventional side-valve engine available only in 465cui. The 465cui straight-8 engine is found in WM 1/2 ton and 3/4 ton medium duty trucks.

Wyoming Motors currently only produces a single car marketed towards family and travel. The Model-6 Sedan.

Marketed towards business and travel minded customers, The Model-4 Wagon is available with both a fuel saving light power train package geared towards long distance travel and a more load minded heavy power train package geared towards delivery and hauling applications.

WM 1/2 Ton Truck
The 1/2 ton WM Truck is aimed specifically at the harvester market with a PTO driven hydraulic lift bed and easily converted flatbed/highside.

WM 3/4 Ton Truck
The 3/4 ton WM Truck is a workhorse for all medium duty application. It is at home on construction sites but also on long haul transportation and it is geared towards load and trailer service but can be customized as a wrecker, light duty crane or for many other applications thanks to it's standard duel PTO driven hydraulic pumps.

WM C1.25 "Cargo" 1 1/4 Ton Truck
The 1 1/4 ton WM Cargo Truck is a purpose built medium duty military cargo truck. It is for medium to long haul transportation over roads and light to medium terrain.
It's 6 speed 4x4 transmission is both rugged and durable with an easily field maintained gear box which seals against mud, water, dust and debris using a double walled clamshell design.
The entire C1.25 package was designed with the various terrains and weather conditions of Wyoming in mind.

WM A3.3 "Amphibian" 1/2 Ton Truck
The A3.3 is a purpose built light duty military amphibious truck. It is for short to medium range transportation over roads and light terrain of troops, materials and equipment.
The A3.3 was designed with amphibious assault and classical styling in mind.
It's 6 speed 4x4 transmission is both rugged and durable with an easily field maintained gear box which seals against mud, water, dust and debris using a double walled clamshell design.
In amphibious mode the vehicle is propelled over the water using dual directional water jet impellers making it suprisingly agile in rivers and along shores.
