The Republic of Korea has worked with the ROC to deal with the threat posed by the CPC. Even if not official allies the ROK and the ROC are as close to allies as nations can be.
The Quebecer Republic recognizes the ROC as the sole government of mainland China, and in turn the ROC recognizes the Quebecer Republic as a free nation.
With the Quebecer Republic now sending aid to the ROC, relations are at a high these days.
The Soviet Union once aided the ROC before the 2nd World War but now they are the primary ally of the CPC. Preventing them from supporting the mainland is key.
