Communist Party General Secretary convicted of embezzlement

Ancalmar Tirosin, the general secretary of the Communist Party of Savonir, was convicted today in the Savonir City High Court for embezzlement of funds. Tirosin was convicted of stealing Bt 335,000 (approx ISU 359,000) from the Communist Party treasury.

Tirosin has been sentenced to five years in prison.
