grow as in increase population? If thats what youre asking, then no, it isnt. Your nations population will go up by 1-5M randomly (Usually about every 24h)

Wrong! The firsg few days it is 1mio. Then it goes up to 2mio 3, 4, 5, 6, till the 21day of existing. From then it grows randomly with 5-7mio per day
