If it's OOC, I will rescind my ban and let an admin member do it. I have strong feelings on the OOC-IC dividing line.

EDIT: Be advised that, as I am not an OOC admin of the TEP community and this was very much an OOC ban (that post not being technically illegal under TEP law), and this heretic is a citizen, the ban has been rescinded.
