yeah, i don't think he really has an idea of what actually is allowed on the rmb. i would guess that a number of "jokes" he makes, he does in real life, which is concerning

So, the current cartographer is very busy. It could be a while. But most people will have no problem RPing with you in the meantime (as long as it's not war RP), as you have lodged a claim. For example, you can formally make allies and agreements before the map updates :)
