The Pentarchy was a bit confused. Were they dealing with another universe, or another timeline of their own universe? If it was the first option, then this was indeed a wormhole. If not, this would be a space-time rift, not a wormhole. Either way, they ordered a recon team to this area to see what was going on.

This was definitely news much needed by the Pentarchy. Immediately upon hearing of this technology that can create entire fleets in a few hours, they called their friends in the Kitsune kingdom and Lulamoonland.

The threat was taken very seriously. A fleet from each nation was sent out-2,000 Dogetopian ships, 300 Lulamoonian ships, and 12 Kitsune ships. These ships were ordered to build a base on a planet nearby the wormhole, and maybe figure out a way to close the wormhole to prevent this threat from emerging.

after two hours of nothing, there was alien fleet coming out of wormhole 4 battleships 1,000 starfighters and one capital ship, they did not fire their weapons to them, it seems like just watching them and not doing hostile moves yet

The Dogetopians immediately decided to open fire on the fleet. They’d seen enough invaders in this universe and didn’t want to have to deal with an enemy who could build entire fleets in a few hours. It was best to just drive them back through the wormhole…

They, of course, started firing back. Using long-range weapons, starfighters charged into the enemy lines with no plans. Three battleships went in front of the capital ship, protecting it, while the final battleship moved to the side for something

The Kitsune warriors used spacial magic to create portals to redirect the long range attacks; sending the attack to the side.

Lulamoonian soldiers teleported into the capital ship using their magic, and began to cast destructive spells down the hallways, blowing up large parts of the ship.

The Dogetopians focused their fire primarily on the star fighters. The Kitsune’s could deflect the attacks of the battleships, and the Lulamoonians could handle the capital ship. The Dogetopians sent a message to the capital ship as the attack went on.

“Halt this invasion and you will be allowed to return home.”

The battleships, not knowing What to do with this magic, stop firing their weapons

Lulamoonian soldiers counter, no resistance at all and accessibility do some damage, but capital ship being so big they cannot do serious damage to it

meanwhile the star fighters pull back From a battle to the capital ship docking on it, and send a message back to Dogetopians

“Dogetopians be worn you have declared war upon Terran faction but we are open to have peace talks with you”

The Dogetopian ships begin closing in on the capital ship. The Lulamoonian and Kitsune troops begin to teleport into the capital ship as well to attack if negotiations go wrong. The Dogetopian commander on the scene sends a message.

“Recall all war ships and any ships armed, and we will not attack you. Merchant and unarmed vessels are ok. Bringing any weapons into this universe will be considered an act of war until further negotiations.”

The Dogetopian vessel responded.

“Stay where you are. We’ll send someone to negotiate.”

Soon after, Dogetopian master negotiator, Hilbert Hunders, a human, was seated in front of Roosevelt, sipping a relaxing Frippalatte, a coffee mixed with exotic alien fruit. The diplomat glanced up. “So, if you’re not an enemy, tell us what your military forces are like.”

Roosevolt wore his white and blue admiral clothes which were rugged and had faint stains of human blood, with a kitsune fur coat around him. He had tanned skin, scars all over his face, as he smoked a cigar.

"Give or take; our forces are 7 billion total in number.. our population is 17 billion, with our planet having habital sections underneath each level of the planet underneath.. we've been developing our Space Marine forces.. otherwise the only really good weapon is our last remaining Anti-Matter bomb which can destroy an entire solar system.. but to unleash it would be a risk to the universe, us and reality as we know it.. so we have kept it in storage.. we just have a few space crafts, all powered by plasma energy.. As far as normal soldiers; we have started adding cybernetic components into them; though it is against our beliefs, it is needed.."

He takes a strong puff from his cigar before blowing it as he says

"We are the most advance species of humans in the multiversal records to preserve our biological body yet advance in almost all sections of society.. but we were our own demise.. I myself have activated my human genes, evolving it to another race of humans called Superhumans.."

He chuckles as he looks at Hilbert directly

"Say, the empire of Dogetopia.. how did they preserve their empire?.. without really destroying themeselves?.. damn miracle.. and plus; is it ruled by an alien species... if yes; i wouldn't be suprised.."

He laughs loudly and heartily, as the soldiers gaurding both Roosevelt and Hilbert seem to be armed with slightly dirty white advanced armour and plasma based weaponry which is seen in a Type 5 multiversal civilisation.

Hilbert wasn’t intimidated by the Swastikans, although he was somewhat disgusted by the usage of a Kitsune fur coat. Dogetopia’s most loyal Allies were the Kitsunes. He didn’t really like these guys that much, on first impression alone. He listened carefully to their military. A ridiculous 46% of their population was in the armed forces in some way shape or form. That wasn’t particularly healthy for a society. It seemed like a strength, but was truly a weakness, as a nation required more than just a military to survive. It needed an economy, goods, food.

With a population of just 17 billion, Swastikan didn’t seem to be much of a threat to the Dogetopians. Dogetopia had numerous planets numbering in the billions, earth alone had about half that.

Then, he heard Roosevelt say that he had activated his human genes and evolved, whatever that meant, and then he questioned Dogetopia. How it survived so long.

“Well sir, our leaders aren’t actually aliens. Their species originated from our universe’s earth. It just so happens that there was some magic and mutations along the way. And it’s only been several generations since the empire formed. It wouldn’t collapse that quickly.”

He reviewed his notes. “Right. If you want to settle in this universe, you’ll need to lose the kitsune fur coat and repatriate it back to them. And we’ll move you in a safe sector.”

***GOLDEN DOMAIN CREATION OF THE GLOBAL CONGRESSION***

Title:
Establishment of G.O.L.D.E.N. S.T.A.R.S. Task Force and Strategic Diplomatic Initiative

Date:
7023 June I.

Location:
Multiversal Border between Golden Domain and the Empire of Dogetopia

Description:

Many months after its previous endeavours, Golden Domain emerged globally with a transformative initiative. Gabriel Golden, the visionary leader, orchestrated the reenactment of the Fourth time, recognizing the escalating tensions within the region. In response to the pressing global situation, Golden unveiled a formidable entity: the Global Operations and Logistics Defense and Enforcement Network Special Tactics and Reconnaissance Squadron (G.O.L.D.E.N. S.T.A.R.S.).

Their mandate was clear: to navigate the intricate complexities of global security with precision and vigilance. Sensing the urgency of the moment, the Global Congression of Golden Domain (G.C.G.D.) sanctioned the establishment of military bases along the deserted expanse of the Multiversal Border, strategically poised between Golden Domain and the Empire of Dogetopia.

Gabriel Golden, the harbinger of this strategic shift, embarked on a diplomatic mission to the heart of Dogetopian power, the Dogetopian Pentagon. Here, amidst the corridors of power, he conveyed Golden Domain's intent to assert its presence at critical tactical junctures along the borderlands. This bold move signified a proactive stance in safeguarding mutual interests and promoting regional stability.

Moreover, in a gesture of shared responsibility, the G.C.G.D. extended its oversight to the emigrant Swatiscanians, signalling a commitment to regional harmony. The message was unequivocal: any missteps within the region could potentially ignite a multiversal conflict of catastrophic proportions.

The establishment of G.O.L.D.E.N. S.T.A.R.S. and the strategic diplomatic overtures between Golden Domain and the Empire of Dogetopia heralded a new chapter in regional geopolitics. As tensions simmered and uncertainties loomed, the eyes of the multiverse turned towards this evolving narrative, awaiting the next decisive move in the intricate dance of power and diplomacy.

The Dogetopian Pentarchy welcomes the GOLDEN STARS initiative as allies. They invited Gabriel over to their palace as a guest, so they could go over the initiative together.

The Dogetopians have started downsizing their military due to a lack of credible threats as of late. Attention is mostly focused on special task forces dedicated to hunting Clyth, and on static forces near wormholes to concentrate maximum power on any invaders. However, a decent sized standing army has been approved to handle incursions from other timelines, and a draft order has been readied to be authorized at any time. The universe is slowly entering an era of security and peace for once.

[Empire of Dogetopia, Edmundian Pluto, Swastikan]

One of the only longest lasting human universe which has diverged from the PRIME universe emigrates, from a multiversal power, rivaling old empires, to a now obscured last remnant of a powerful empire. Relying on whatever energy they have, their energy source is a distinct hybrid of Nuclear Energy, Electricity and Plasma Energy. From their history of aggresive expansion to relative peace keeping empire, their intentions of expansion within this universe is currently inscrutible. They seem to be more caring about their people's interest and to fuel their economy and the wants and needs of the people. The president himself is a military fleet admiral and a voting system has not been introduced yet as the nations has not settled properly and is still in a state of emergency. One of the last remaining intelligence agencies of Swastikan named the C.I.A; one of the oldest yet most effecient private intelligence agencies.

It seems that their only enemies are Nazis and Communists, as they propogate capitalism, as capitalism is rampant, and wealth gaps quite clear, though many middle class people thrive, with many alien immigrants taken as labour workers and allowed to work to the top in government jobs if they do not Identification Cards.

-------
The Council of Swastikan recieves this message as President Theodore is busy entertaining the Dogetopian Delegate, as one of the members named Ray Noble speaks up
"A superpower decides to threaten us into peace? Nonsensical!"
Ray Noble himself was quite an immature person, but one of the Old members named Al Bowly speaks up in a stern tone
"Shush child!.. these fellows are quite powerful themeselves.. we rely on our past only to show our strength.. but we do not have much strength to rival theirs.. anyways, they are generous enough to ask us.. they didn't threaten us!.. be careful with your words or we would get obliterated!"
Ray Noble crosses his arms, and looks the other side. The 3rd member named Crosby speaks up, middle aged with cybernetic components all around installed
"It's best if we make good allies with them.. i see a great business oppurtunities!.. and the message they sent was quite generous of them.."
Al Bowly nods, agreeing with the words of Crosby. The 4th member named Spencer Davis speaks up, as he smokes his cigar
"I agree with the 2 oldies.. and Ray shut your mouth before our planets get decimated by these guys.. we ourselves can take down half of Dogetopian forces with our modified humans, but these guys are another whole deal.."
The entire council comes into an agreement and sends a the following messege-

As the Council of Swastikan // New Provinence, representing the country as it's last democratic organisation, we agree to these terms unanimously as the choice of the nation..

We, as Swastikan will maintain general peace and proseperity of this universe.

Swastikan wrote:He sniffles, and coughs a bit, before he throws the cigar away. He starts to chuckle, before he says

Hilbert wasn't very intimidated still. Swastikan might have been a threat once, but at the moment, their modified soldiers weren’t much of a threat, especially with Swastikan’s limited fleet being unable to carry much of the troops to other planets. The Dogetopians had enough ships, allied forces, and troops to put the enemy in their place should they attempt anything. Plus, Multiversal threats were something the Dogetopians had fought multiple times now, from the Noot industries incident to the Great Reset and the swan-dodo invasions. Swastikan was just another military power trying to throw their weight around.

Because so many Multiversal dictators and super-powered armies and monsters had tried taking over the universe, the Dogetopians were more careful than ever with new visitors to their universe. Hilbert started speaking.

“We will give you five planets to start off on in the Beeta ring, to the south of the Milky Way galaxy. We haven’t expanded there yet. As for what we want, we want you to only use your military to defend nearby Wormholes and to protect yourself against the Cł˙th threat.”
