1. To clarify, 4 nations besides myself. I would be the tie breaker.
2. I plan to continue the recruiting duties.
3. As of now we have 5 embassy's 2 pending. Would you want me to consult the region and seek approval before going through with further embassy establishments?
4. I plan to give you a weekly update for transparency reasons using the regional communication channels. Comments are always welcomed.
5. Please endorse the original 13 colonies for regional delegate to the WA.
6. Anything else for the good of the order please chime in.

I will certainly provide that information in my correspondents and provide reasoning to again ensure that I am forthcoming in my duties. I will carry out these duties until naturally we have a constitution and voting takes place.

My good neighbors

Just a little over 225 years ago, statesmen came together in Philadelphia to develop a nation that was developed on the principles of liberty and freedom. They knew not what the long term out come was going to be. They also were divided over the path that they wished to proceed with. By the time they were finished they formed as one under a constitution. They knew that states issues would continue to pull them apart but the union was going to ensure their survival.

We, the region of United we Stand have set out on the same course. In a world that is divided among conservatives, liberals, fascists, communists, and all the rest we stand as a beacon of possibilities where nations can find peace. They will understand that they have come from different places with different ideals to form a union of one. Where discussion don't end in anger but begin with an understanding that they are appreciated for their opinion and respected.

3 nations are committed to this idea. 7 regions have also agreed to allow dialogue to proceed further. We will always encourage this idea of open discussion so that the world can continue with the understanding that dissenting opinion will always be respected and that the freedom of speech will always be available.

Please join the WA. Then endorse the original thirteen colonies. When we finally draw up and ratify a constitution, all positions, will be up for election. Endorsing our WA delegate now ensures the defense of our region from raiders.

So far it looks like term limits will be instituted into our constitution. The floor can belong to anyone if you want to debate.

Aristotle once said that "democracy... is a charming form of government, full of variety and disorder; and dispensing a sort of equality to equals and unequals alike." What we are to understand from this quote is essential to our region. 2 nations joined us this week. They come to us with voices wanting to be heard. Voices as new as the morning sun. With these voices, they add to the plurality of this region. We will come to misunderstandings and impasses along the way. Yet like our fathers before us, we compromise because we want to see this experiment succeed. With its success, the idea of a voice and the respect for it will live on in this world.

There may be attempts by raiders, and invaders to silence us. Yet they will learn that we are not to be a people to be silenced. They will learn that what they do compromises themselves and by the end they will want to join us because we allow all a right to voice their opinions. When an opinion is silenced in our region, we have lost our purpose. We may not like their opinion but we can not force them to be silent. If we attempt to do so, we are no better than the invaders themselves.

We may have some of our neighbors wish to leave us overtime. Yet we are not ones to shut doors on our neighbor. We will always have a place for them with us. Unless they have violated one of our principles that will be recorded in our constitution and a vote has taken place to exclude them, we must allow them to exercise their freedom to explore the world to seek out the truth they wish to fine. When they are ready to return, we will move on as the stream which flows into the mighty river.

Let us go forth with this from Plato "Freedom in a democracy is the glory of the state, and, therefor, in a democracy only will the freemen of nature design to dwell." Let us enjoy this time in peace and let us continue to seek a path to bring our form of regional government to the world.

Until we have a Constitution there is no formal check on my authority. THAT IS WHY WE NEED A CONSTITUTION!!!
