So, has coronavirus hit your nations yet? If so, how badly?
We have very loose travel/immigration laws over here, so we got hit pretty bad. We have good healthcare, but we were admittedly pretty unprepared.
Prime minister Woohoo Dazai recently issued an apology to our people, and promises to be more prepared for such matters in the future. I trust him. While his compassion and naivety often gets the better of him, in this context, I think his disposition is an asset.
Eh, my real country's leader thinks travel bans work after the virus already spread inside. Viruses spread without respect to political boarders so it's only use to shut them down when you don't have cases of your own.
Also, I hate it when people call it "the Coronavirus" there is a whole family of Coronaviruses, calling a Salmon a fish, a chuman a primate, or e coli a bacterium might technically be accurate but its so vague it's pointless and it will be confusing if a different Coronavius causes problems. SARS is caused by a Coronavirus. the proper name is "SARS Cov 2." Calling it "COVID 19" is acceptable because that's the disease name and some people confused the disease for the virus (and honestly, calling the virus COVID 19 makes more sense than its official name anyways). Calling it "Wuhan Coronavirus" is bad, but I still find it acceptable since there is no ambiguity. Calling it "The Coronavirus" is just bad and in the future, it will be confusing.
On a lighter note, I've been watching Keep Your Hands Off Eizouken! and enjoying it. I kind of wish the "Security Club" had insignia saying "weightlifting club" with "Security Club" taped over it lazily, which would imply they do weightlifting when not keeping mobs away from the Student Council. it would have been a hilarious background detail.
let's call it for Corona-chan then, my real country sits at 43~ infected, we are already doomed since they don't seem to be taking any measures until someone dies , fortunately I have been preparing during the last 3 weeks so back to the NEET life, nice time to get rid of that massive backlog of shows.

I've been wanting to watch Keep Your Hands Off Eizouken! for a while now, it looks so good! Maybe I'll start it today, circumstances have given me some free time.
The Kawaiian health-care system isn't the greatest, but fortunately, Kawaiians are an incredibly fastidious people, and that's done wonders to limit the spread of the virus. We bow rather than shake hands, wash our hands regularly (and in many cases out of religious obligation, for example after handling ritually unclean objects such as money), and it's considered simply good manners to wear a protective mask if you have a cough or the sniffles.
Prime Minister Woohoo Dazai has actually been lamenting about not having watched K-On... His melodrama is actually getting quite obnoxious to his staff. I understand everything is on lockdown, but, would it be possible to send Mr. Dazai on a top secret mission over to Moehaven so he can finally watch K-On?
As always everyone is welcome to come and watch K-On!. Prime Minister Dazai is invited to join President Yui in the presidential viewing suite to watch seasons 1 & 2 and the movie. Yui go back and start the national K-On! marathon over again once Prime Minister Dazai arrives! Dependable imouto Vice President Ui will be making the snacks.
Should marathon something lengthy if one is to be trapped inside. Legend of the Galactic Heroes or something epic like that.
