Over the last few days, a great threat to all of the universe has reappeared. Since the last battle in September, The Interstellar Alliance, made up of a number of warring factions, has reappeared, with a fleet of thousands of warships entering the solar system. The famous Magnus Equitum, reputed as among the most aggressive factions of the Alliance, has now merged with the Koniglich Wolfsreich, a new threat to the stability of the universe which only dominated the last conflict, only sparing Earth from its targeting. Perhaps we have more chance of victory; the largely peaceful Meduza and Vignette antiliberali are now more prominent than ever within the Alliance; but this is impossible without your help.

Nations across Earth, from such distant lands as Varathron, Gholgoth, Greater Dienstad, Markion and Teremara will be reforming the Motokata Defense Coalition, based in Motokata of the People's Unified Federation. Another planet also antagonised by the Alliance, known as Kelra, shall also be entering the Coalition. The purpose of this union is specifically for nations to put their differences aside and defend against this threat to the lives of millions around Earth -- and Kelra.

It seems to have failed anyway as some Delegates cast (literally) last-minute votes against.
