Otto goes out into the hallway and turns to Hella. “How could this happen? You said this was under control! Also why did the principal not do anything? Now I am going to be worrying about this while I am on duty.”
The terrified looking servant nods and runs into the hallway. About five minutes later, or what feels a lot longer to Karolina, the king, the doctor and some nurses come rushing in and the doctor turns to one of the nurses. "Someone get blankets, washcloths and water, as well as surgical instruments and blood, just in case!" The nurse nods and leaves and another one comes in to start an IV and get Karolina's blood pressure. "Stay calm Queen Karolina, you will be fine!"
She tries to stay calm during those five minutes but cannot and screams louder. When the doctor and everyone else comes in she nods. “I am trying to stay calm but it is hard!” She turns to the king. “Give me your hand!”

Feud between the state and military continues
Despite the relationship between the state and military steadily recovering, 3 incidents of fatal shootouts between NERV agents, Infantrymen and soldier have sprung up in the news of Germany with many leaving the military to join a nationalist organization advocating to removal of the Monarchy and the establishment of a Republic.

She sighs deeply. "I guess that Mr. Magnús had more allies at the Alþing then I originally thought. I guess he bought the school or threatened them with legal action. I don't think the old principal could do anything to stop this!" She grabs his arm tightly, very tightly. "I know this new principal and he has a bad reputation...you should be thankful that he kicked your daughter out of school!"
Otto sighs. “That is not good for us or the country. I guess you are right, the old principal could do nothing to stop this and I guess he was scared to even try.” He sees her grab his arm. “What do you mean by that? What sort of reputation does he have?”
King Reiner nods and grabs her hand. "Someone get me a cold wash cloth!" At the same time, Karolina is started on a drip of saline and blood pressure medicine. The nurse informs her about this and tells her that the medication will make her feel funny. Just then, the doctor gets in position. "We are ready your majesty. Are you able to start pushing?"
She grips his hand tightly as she watches the nurse put the iv in. She listens to the nurse and nods. She then looks at the doctor. “Good because I am ready for this to be over!” She begins pushing and squeezes the kings hand hard as she does so.
Suddenly the door opens and a female doctor comes in with some more nurses and Karolina's personal handmaiden, Olga, who immediately rushes to her side. The female doctor looks at the situation and shakes her head. "What are you idiots doing? Why is she not in the infirmary where we can monitor her heart and blood pressure?" She turns towards Karolina. "Can you make it to the infirmary your majesty?"
Karolina turns to the female doctor. “I can try to make it there but we would have to go now!”
The female doctor nods and brings the wheelchair as a nurse unhooks her IV drip. "We are ready to move!" King Reiner nods and picks Karolina up and puts her in the wheelchair and the entire group rushes to the infirmary.
"He is an extremely right leaning and nationalistic individual, much like Magnús. He has a reputation as a racist and as an ableist and he is known for a very strict disciplinary policy." She looks him straight in the eyes. "Magnús is toying with me and I have a feeling that things are about to get bad...For their own protection, I can't let your family leave the palace and I'm doubling the guard. I know that you want to confront Magnús and the new principal about this but you have to report to the base in the morning. Be with Rosa and Galina tonight and I will stay with Hrafna and work on setting up a meeting during your weekend leave."
Karolina is trying to remain calm during all of this. She cries out in pain when the king picks her up.

“Well sh*t! That is not good at all.” He looks her in the eyes. “I hope things dont get bad and something happens to my family. Doubling the guard and not letting them leave the palace is a smart move. I know i have to report to the base tomorrow and I will try yo focus on my work.” He turns serious. “If anything happens to my family while I am gone then I will not be happy. I am trusting you and Birgit to keep them safe.
That is good news!
She nods. "I won't let anything happen to them, I promise! Just be with your wives tonight and I will deal with this in the morning. All you have to do is report to the base for orientation: Get your blood work, drug testing, uniform and weapon issuing, etc. Then you will get your weekend leave and we can talk to Magnús and the new principal tomorrow night." She then smiles at him. "I might have a surprise for you when you get back home tomorrow evening...I caught King Reiner's spy!"
Otto nods. “Ok then. I guess it is no use worrying about it tonight, when I should be enjoying my last night with my wives. It should not be that hard of a day tomorrow and I am used to days like that.” He looks at her curiously. “You caught the spy? Who was it and how did you catch them?”
Hella smiles at him. "I told you that it's a surprise! I caught her snooping around the palace the other day and I've been softening her up for you. I had to stop though because she's a bleeder. I know you will enjoy the possibility of getting a few hits in on her!" She smiles. "Enjoy your night Otto!" She whispers. "I put something in the mead that would prevent pregnancy but there's a small chance that she drank way too much and is already fast asleep..."
He smiles. “I see. Well I cant wait to see this surprise! Thank you for softening her up for me.” He nods as she whispers in his ear. “I see, she was pretty drunk when I left the room so that is a possibility.” He leaves and goes back to the drawing room where Rosa and Galina are.
Rosa and Galina aren't there so he probably figures that they are already in bed.

Phase two of President Hella's reforms have been approved! These include Danish being chosen as the official state language of Iceland and the creation of a committee for national language unity, tasked with creating an international auxiliary language within a year to unify speakers of each official language spoken in Iceland. Additional measures include the shut down of all private schools in Iceland. However, the new PM would only allow this as long as his addition to the plan was included. The addition bars children with a disability from attending school in any capacity except for home schooling or daycare. The criticism of this second phase of reforms has been heavy, especially since President Hella was not seen at the signing ceremony and her office couldn't be reached for comment.
