1) Establishes the Minister of Justice, headed by the Minister of Justice appointed by the Sovereign and confirmed by Parliament.
2) Establishes the Minister of Justice as the Attorney General of Ravana with full prosecutorial authority including: bringing charges against citizens of Ravana, representing the state's case against accused citizens, and recommending punishments on such cases.
3) Establishes the right of the Minister of Justice to investigate crimes to gather evidence and bring up charges. For the purposes of evidence gathering the Minister of Justice may employ nations within the Ministry of Justice as investigators.
4) Establishes that this act shall expire upon the election of a new Parliament and must be renewed within 5 days of the new Parliament being seated or shall become null and void.
