Recognizing the hatred and wanton destruction created by Fascist ideologues and their followers throughout humanity's history,
Concerned with the worrying rise in individuals espousing Fascist and Neo-fascist policies in both the real world and NationStates,
Noting that our region holds the tag "Anti-Fascist" and is adamantly opposed to the Fascist ideology,
Affirming that Nation States already attempts to stop fascist organizing,

CONGRESS HEREBY AGREES

Any individual identifying as Fascist, Neo-Fascist or any other sub-Fascist ideology shall be banned from Thaecia for the espousal of racism, xenophobia, violence, or any other form of discriminatory rhetoric.

Strongly condemns the celebration of any form of terrorist attack, murder, psychological violence, or physical violence in the name of discriminatory or hateful ideology.

Hereby outlaws the creation of any Fascist, Neo-Fascist or sub-Fascist political institution or political party, for the purposes of advocating hate speech, discrimination, or violence against another cultural group.

Hereby acts as a formal declaration of the region's concern with the increase in Fascist & Neo-Fascist regions across Nation States, and the creation of Fascist & Neo-Fascist organization in the wider world.

Hereby condenms fascist violence against a person or group because of their race, gender, ethnicity, sexuality, gender identity, nationality, religion, mental status, health status, class or political beliefs

Formally acts an expression of our region's concern with the ability of Fascist actors to use social media & other internet mediums to not only argue Fascist rhetoric, but to actively recruit new members.

Formally acknowledges that the Fascist ideology, and the hatred & bigotry which it espouses, are an inherent threat to democratic ideals and the foundations of any democratic system.

Calls on our region's Discord and RMB moderators to strongly condemn and sanction hate crimes, hate speech, and other forms of scapegoating in our region that directly normalizes hatred and reinforces violence; should they occur.

Calls on our region's Discord and RMB moderators to specifically layout their plans to expel fascist elements from our region, and the ways in which they moderate against fascism

Calls upon our community to actively ward off forms of racism, hate and violence that may erupt within our region; primarily through the rejection of allowing these folks to join our community.

Calls on our region's polling and news outlets to actively uproot any hateful, violent or discriminatory rhetoric that may find its way into their institutions.

Calls upon our moderating teams on both Discord and the RMB to followup with individuals who may have been the victim of hate speech or other violent rhetoric, to ensure that they have proper support structures in place to reach out to should further incident occur.
