The admins have to moderate the server. Some stringency is required. Having been on the receiving end of online moderating myself, I hold nothing against moderators who need to enforce the rules of their space they're in. It's not a personal thing, trust me. Someone being muted for a few hours, or even getting kicked doesn't mean the admins or moderators hold something against that person in particular. It's just policy enforcement.
There is something to be said about strict and overbearing rules regarding certain words or speech, but I think overall we don't have that problem in Thaecia. Some things are enforced more tightly than others because we want Thaecia, and by extension the Discord, to be a place anyone can feel comfortable in. If it means putting our foot down from time to time, I think that's a trade-off I'm willing to make.

Thank you for your offer but our stance is quite clear.
RWA has failed to ensure proper moderation and as a result, disturbing content can be found on their discord server, whether it is intended as jokes or not.
Until the RWA changes their approach to moderation and crack down on the disturbing content or has otherwise denoted a positive change in behavior, the government of Thaecia is choosing not to enter mediation with the RWA at this time.
