The Bell is performing admirably and reliably, with little maintenance required aside from repairing the shell from micro-fractures. The radiation leaks are somewhat annoying, and are not able to be focused into a bomb or storable weapon. As a last resort, it seems the Bell is able to leak radiation in a short-range, controlled blast, as a last measure to defend against capture, but it does not seem to be operating at its full potential... perhaps its time to contact the Chained One again?

Hello there! I hate to make this a public scandal, but as of right now Alterra is ruled by a corrupt dictator. Currently, twenty one people have signed a petition to impeach him on the grounds of power abuse, disobeying superior officers, threats against other regional officials, threats against regional civilians, breaking regional law, and various cases of discord mod abuse (granted by his current regional officer position.)
As of now, our highest elected official has been missing for over two weeks, and Lothric has fully unleashed his dictatorial tendencies in his absence. He has even go so far as to delete his own impeachment poll.
Hopefully, pressure from other regions will force him to stand down and resign.
I truly am sorry to drag you into this, but it has become necessary.

The above discord screenshot shows godmod, corruption, abuse of power, and breaking regional law. As a conflict Lothric is involved in, it is illegal to rule on posts in said conflict. Further, it shows abuse of power and corruption in that Lothric attempted to void a perfectly valid RP post that was made in response to his own. Lastly, it shows godmod, abuse of power, and breaking regional law wherein Lothric attempts to add a new, unapproved ability to his RP animal species. In the second screenshot, it is very clear that his animal has no such ability.
The above demonstrates one instance of Lothric's abuse of power, wherein he suppressed and (attempted to) void a reasonable rule abiding RP post. Furthermore, it was illegal at all for him to do such a thing as Lothric was involved in the conflict ongoing in the post.
Above, Lothric publicly advertises his desire to abuse his power as Vice Chancellor. The Alterran Minecraft server is moderated by Hans, and is not subject to any laws or positions within the region. However, Lothric has now shown his clear desire to act out his personal vendetta against those who attack him on the server.

The above shows Lothric ruling on a war that he is directly involved in (an action banned by regional law), not to mention that the post he is attempting to void is perfectly lawful as proven in the above screenshots. Lothric claims the war was declared on OOC basis; the math quite clearly dismisses such a claim. Lothric does not respect the hard evidence and instead continues to push his desire to abuse power.
Above, Lothric has deleted the Impeachment Poll that has been fully approved by the Judicial Minister as a result of this petition. This has fully cemented his desire for dictatorship, abuse of power, lawbreaking, and illegal actions.

As the Utrikite-Yuri Alliance begins to take its first, clumsy steps into negating the submarine threat, they encounter their first battle group.
Unlike the others, this one does not care to evade their patrols and openly engages, with 10 Beacon-Class Frigates, 5 Shard AA Corvettes, 5 Sylph Attack Submarines, 2 Exodus Destroyers, 2 Keefer Class Aircraft Carriers [with 30 fighters, 10 gunships, and 10 light bombers each].
All are standard, with no Eximus or Valere units detected amongst them.
They patrol to the West of Utrikite Ireland, obliterating naval patrols and bombarding coastal cities.

As the orbital attack begins, the aquatic foes submerge and switch to firing their cruise missiles from underwater, having devastated many of the point defense systems of the shoreline with their previous direct bombardment. After several minutes of this, they retreat on their way, dispatching several small-scale drones that float to the surface and relay sensory information to the submarines regarding the orbital fleet while keeping them out of sight of the big guns. Depth charges launched from a distance are usually intercepted by torpedoes, while nearby helicopters and bombers are blasted by the AA of the ships until they submerge, falling back to the previously mentioned torpedoes as defenses against the charges.
While the battle group is in no way too powerful to deal with, it's obvious that despite its relatively small size, they were fighting in their element...

Within the next few weeks a giant tower would be constructed in the center of East Tokyo with many smaller ones spread out. All are black in appearance with no windows. The smaller towers seemed to shake the earth around them while the larger one had the sound of mass industry behind it.
Day by day thousands of more black uniformed & bandaged troops marched out from the central tower and formations never seemed to stop.
The troops seemed not to care about crime or even murder unless it was one of them.
From the top of the central tower hundreds and perhaps thousands of cybernetically enchanced crows flew towards west Tokyo on a recon mission to learn about the military capabilities of the west and of course spy on the citizenry if possible.
The troops ran towards the gestapo officers firing their weapons with no regard for their own life while the tank fired its main gun at larger clumps of gestapo.

The cybernetic crows in the sky watched over the city, many of their eyes shifted towards the factories while the Eye of the Spire looked towards the activity. The soldiers of the underrealm marched outward from the factories with their tanks while planes flew above.
Nodnol, The clockwork
A lone sniper looked through his scope at the bustling activity.. in all his years he's never seen anything like it though the soldiers didn't catch his eyes, it was other figures walking along side them.
"Inquisitors..", he'd mutter to himself.
After he spoke one looked up towards the clockwork.
The sniper gasped and got down though it was too late, an unearthly screech alerted everything and the planes fired their guns into the clockwork shredding the sniper apart.
