If you are reading this, it means that you are interested in applying to be a citizen, which is great! Below is a visual step by step guide to joining the World Assembly, joining Enadia's forum, and applying to be a citizen.
A few things to know before you apply to be a citizen:
You must have a WA nation. This nation can be in Enadia or outside of Enadia.
Asking questions is great! We are here to answer them :))))

Illiricium and Saxoslavia
[region]Since we were doing the factbook plug thing, check out my military factbooks and my political factbooks. Maybe some input/inspiration can be taken from them.[/region]
[nation]Many armies are ruled by the state they belong to, and some states give provincial control to militarized units. Not in the Nile Empire. The Imperial Might is divided into 6 subdivisions.
1: The Imperial Sword
The Imperial Sword is the main infantry and ground units that make up most of the combined armies. Infantry, Field Medics, Scouts, Rangers, Tanks, and other land-based Automotive units are apart of the Sword. Many conscripts are assigned to this division due to the amount of training needed.
2: The Imperial Wings
The Imperial Wings is the Air Force of the Imperial Might, and contains any unit that goes airborne. Helicopters, Subspace transport vehicles, hovercraft, Supersonic assault craft, Armored utility aircraft, airborne infantry, Special Personnel craft are all in this division. Some conscripts are used as mechanics or crewmen but usually do not become pilots as training is intense and long.
3: The Imperial Sails
The Imperial Sail is the Navy and Marine corps of the armies. Marine infantry, Submarine squadrons, Naval fleets, naval research and development are all apart of the Imperial Sails. Conscripted units are mostly apart of the crew and gunnery positions.
4: The Imperial Cloak
The Imperial Cloak is the espionage division of the Imperial Might. All spies, intelligence officers, and any covert unit trained in the Empire. No conscripts are accepted into this branch as the training is highly secretive and members are either chosen at birth or recruited early on.
5: The Imperial Spear
The Imperial Spear the most advanced unit in the entire Empire, and a large amount of conscripts as well as volunteers from civilian groups. The Imperial Spear uses conscripts and volunteers as well as unemployed workers to work as engineers and maintenence workers in ISD instillations. The Imperial spear encompasses long-range missiles, satellite weaponry, communications, space exploration, space colonization, space warfare. Space infantry, weaponized satellites, superweapon development, are all apart of the Imperial Spear. Qualifying for the Imperial Spear infantry divisions and research divisions require years of specialized training, therefore no conscripts are let into these areas of the Spear.
6: The Imperial Flame
The Imperial Flame is the smallest and most exclusive division in the entire Imperial Might. The Flame consists of commando units from every division in the combined Armies. The Flame carries out the most dangerous missions in wars, and usually works ahead of major offensives. Each squadron or battalion consists of at least one member from every military branch, and conscripts are not allowed. The Flame is not controlled solely by one leader like other branches. It is instead controlled by the Emperor and a council of the Generals of each branch. A Flame Commander commands each unit on the battlefield and during operations, but cannot initiate new missions without oversight and approval.
All the divisions serve the Empire and work together during wars. Conscripts usually get a choice to which division they serve in, but never what position. The army works only to deter foreign threats as well as researches information provided to the public.[/nation]
